We are Lotus Global Investments Ltd., a private company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius on 12 July 1999.

Our corporate history spans more than two decades of participation in investment and securities markets. Our historical investment activities include equity investments, portfolio holdings and participation in India’s listed securities market.

Through this website, we present our corporate background, investment activities, historical market experience and information about our investment framework.

Our company is incorporated in Mauritius, with its registered office at Les Cascades, Edith Cavell Street, Port Louis.

Our identity is a matter of public record: registration C22644 and legal-entity identifier 2549003IL606UNROAU87. The identifier names us as a legal entity. It is not an investment-services licence, and it does not authorise us to accept public funds.

Our historical record reflects equity investments, portfolio holdings, reported foreign-portfolio participation, securities trading, and international investment activity.

We do not describe investment advisory, individual wealth management, mutual funds, portfolio-management services, or alternative investment funds as services we currently provide. Those would require permissions and contracts that are not in place.

Our historical participation in India’s securities markets includes reported investments in Adani Enterprises and Adani Power. These investments form part of our historical investment record.

The dates and figures belong to the reports that recorded them. They do not mean we hold those shares now, and they do not mean an ownership relationship, partnership, or endorsement involving Gautam Adani, Vinod Adani, or their family.

Mauritius is our place of incorporation and the location of our registered office. Portfolio assets under management is approximately US$900 million, according to reports in 2024.

Our investment work is in financial markets and listed securities. We follow an allocation from selection through daily results to settlement.
